At Royal Meat Hub, we pride ourselves on delivering only the freshest and highest quality meat. However, since meat is a highly perishable item, all sales are considered final once the delivery is accepted by the customer.
Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on fresh meat products after they have been delivered. If you have an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect item delivered, spoiled or damaged in transit), you must notify us immediately upon delivery or within 2 hours of receiving the order.
To request a replacement or report an issue, please send a picture of the product along with your order details to our WhatsApp number. If a genuine issue is found, we will provide a replacement on the same day or the next working day.
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been prepared or dispatched from our shop. Since we prepare fresh cuts immediately based on your order, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp or by phone if you wish to cancel.
Once an order has been cut, packed, or is out for delivery, cancellations are strictly not allowed.
As we operate primarily via cash on delivery (COD) or instant UPI payments upon delivery, refunds are generally not applicable. In rare cases where an advance payment was made and an order could not be fulfilled by us, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
